The following models are affected (all were sold between January 1, 2006 and April 30, 2006): Satellite A100, Satellite A105, and Tecra A7. For information on how to exchange the batteries, go here. Purchasing Software

If purchasing software for University use, University staff can purchase software and licenses from UDMart. If you use UDMart, check with oet-help@udel.edu about whether you will need to purchase the media and license for a particular product. Usually, it is only necessary to purchase a license; this is true of software such as Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2007, Windows Vista, and Adobe Acrobat 8. After you provide proof of a license purchase, OET will then install the software on your computer.

University employees also can purchase other popular software titles at an educational discount from JourneyEd and Academic Superstore.
