OET Computer Support

The Office of Educational Technology provides computer support to faculty and staff of the College of Education and Public Policy. This support includes diagnosing hardware and software problems, configuring hardware and software, and consulting on software and equipment choices.

Technical Support

If you require computer-support services and are a CEPP faculty or staff member, complete a help request form or send an e-mail to oet-help@udel.edu to explain the problem. Notes sent to this address are read by at least two OET staff members throughout the day. To ensure that you receive the fastest service possible, please do not call or e-mail OET staff individually, as a staff member may be out of the office on any given day. Requests are added to a database and handled on a first-come, first-served basis, except in emergency cases. You may also find answers to your questions from OET’s help blog.

Computer Sites

OET maintains and supports computer labs in Pearson Hall and Williard Hall Education Building. Faculty within CEPP are welcome to reserve these labs for teaching or working with students or colleagues through our lab reservation form.

Seminars and Training

OET provides computer training on a wide variety of topics. In addition, staff and faculty may request one-hour on-demand seminars or one-on-one help.
